Job Description
- Perform design of components (Sheet metal, Plastics, Castings )
- Perform design of Jigs, Fixtures & Test device assemblies.
- Product life cycle management: Drawing & 3D Changes across life cycle.
- Perform reverse engineering activities in CATIA (STL --> Skin / 3D)
- Support Engineering activities like VAVE, Teardown & Benchmarking
- Perform 1D Tolerance stack up analysis for assemblies & components.
- Data Management and change management.
- Concept creation & analysis based on customer requirements.
- Design tools: Catia V5, PTC Windchill, Creo Viewer / Image nation viewer
- Working level tools: Excel, Power Point and MS Word documents, Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Planner, SharePoint)
