Job Description
A skilled Cath Lab Tech is needed on a contract basis to support a dynamic cardiac team. This position focuses on providing crucial imaging support for both outpatient, inpatient, and emergent cardiac patients in a collaborative environment. The unit has two beds with a 1:1 patient ratio and is fully equipped for cath lab procedures.
Schedule:
- Day shifts Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) or four 10-hour days (7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)
- Guaranteed 40 hours weekly
- On-call rotation required, including holiday coverage
- Current State Radiologic Technologist Licensure
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2-3 years of recent cath lab experience
- EKG test required upon submission
- Ability to float to the Munster Cath Lab if needed
- Experience with outpatient, inpatient, and emergent cardiac cases preferred
