Position Summary
The Catering Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the catering department and directly supervises all catering associates. This role supports the Catering Manager by ensuring consistent execution, staffing support, food quality, safety, and customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead all catering associates, providing direction, coaching, and oversight to ensure efficient operations and high service standards.
  • Oversee daily catering department operations, including opening and closing procedures, food production, delivery, organization, cleanliness, and readiness for service.
  • Coordinate catering production and logistics with store departments to ensure accurate and timely execution of catering orders and events.
