Responsibilities

  • Assist to ensure items produced are correctly stored to deliver customer satisfaction as judged by statistical analysis of customer feedback.
  • Follow instructions from senior staff members relating but not limited to hygiene, productivity and HACCP.
  • Ensure company‑given training is completed and passing grades are achieved.
  • Work with the HSEQ officers to assist that the levels of hygiene within the operation at least meet or exceed regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Ensure FIFO procedures are strictly followed and elimination is kept with set KPIs.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock rotation and productivity timings.
  • Ensure hygiene and safety guidelines are followed at all times.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of aircraft types.
  • Well versed in galley loading positions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or food service certification ...
