Catering Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented individual to manage our ice cream truck and gelato catering division. This role is the central point of contact for catering inquiries and event coordination, ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new client inquiries via email, phone, and online forms
• Answer incoming phone calls between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm
• Provide basic catering information, availability, and pricing
• Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into booked events
• Organize and manage all leads in the CRM system
• Track inquiry status, follow-ups, bookings, and client details
• Maintain clean and up-to-date records for reporting and forecasting
