Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries and bookings for function rooms from members, guests and corporate clients.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and prepare event proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with the Banquet Operations team and other departments to ensure events are executed smoothly and according to clients' requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests and corporate clients to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date event bookings, client records and reservation schedules.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain proper documentation of events and sales activities.
- Conduct site inspections and assist clients throughout the event planning process.
- Provide on-site support during events, where required, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
