Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiries and bookings for function rooms from members, guests and corporate clients.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and prepare event proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate with the Banquet Operations team and other departments to ensure events are executed smoothly and according to clients' requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests and corporate clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date event bookings, client records and reservation schedules.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain proper documentation of events and sales activities.
  • Conduct site inspections and assist clients throughout the event planning process.
  • Provide on-site support during events, where required, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
