• Supporting the catering operation to provide exceptional food service and customer care.
• Working closely with the Head Chef and Dining Room Supervisor as part of a dedicated team.
• Preparing the dining room for breakfast and lunch service.
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all food service and dining areas.
• Ensuring counters, displays, tables, cutlery, glassware, and service stations are always presentation-ready.
• Managing stock rotation and helping maintain appropriate stock levels.
