Catering Assistant

We are currently expanding our Kitchen Team in our Finglas facility. We are seeking someone who can contribute to the high standards of service that are maintained throughout our nursing home. This is a home from home for our residents and we passionate about creating the best quality of life for them while they are in our care. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be passionate about elder care, providing residents with a friendly, unique, homely food service.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Compliance with 'HACCP' guidelines as directed by the Head Chef ensuring all work practices are in line with regulations
• Ensuring the dishwasher and surrounding area is clean and used efficiency
• Ensure all the equipment is cleaned to a high standard as directed
• Adherence to the safe storage and use of all food and cleaning products
