Program Overview

Join HP’s 1-year paid internship program to apply classroom learnings to real world challenges. Interns will work on meaningful projects, network with executives, and engage in community involvement.

Education and Experience Required

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree in May 2027.
• Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve and streamline processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and increase efficiency.
• Use advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Execute initiatives with accountability and clear, assertive communication.
• Apply structured and analytical thinking, with potential to grow into a future Category Manager role.
