We’re looking for a Junior Category Manager to help drive category performance, revenue, and bottom-line outcomes at Cava. This role is analytical, fast-paced, and central to how we make decisions across product, pricing, and planning. You’ll work on reporting insights, and category evaluations that directly shape what we launch, scale, or discontinue.
