About the role

Position: Category Professional

Location: Weybridge office (UK) – up to one day per week remote, minimum four days onsite.

Work pattern: Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key UK retailers, providing category management expertise across product, pricing, promotions, range and merchandising.
  • Lead strategic projects externally and internally, such as Range Reviews, NPD Launches and Category Strategies.
  • Build strong, credible relationships with retail partners and cross‑functional teams.
  • Translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights that drive growth.
