Job Description
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the category team in implementing strategic tasks and cost initiatives.
+ Plan, develop, and execute measures to optimize commodities, Develop, coordinate, and present procurement strategies to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
+ Monitor and benchmark global procurement and commodity markets, competitors, and indices. Perform cost analyses to optimize costs with existing suppliers in coordination with series purchasers or negotiators.
**Role Purpose:**
+ Manage a team of commodity buyers (Electronics/Electrical, Valve, Refrigerant, Compressor, Motor)
+ Deliver and manage a cost roadmap YOY
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ 3-5 years in commodity management
+ Fluent English communication skill, Chinese is a plus
