Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining the category strategy and executing the implementation plan within the guidelines of the Neways Group sourcing strategy and company goals.
  • Creating alignment and securing full commitment to your category strategy from stakeholders at all levels within the company and across operating companies.
  • Managing all supplier accounts within your category throughout the Neways Group, including contracting, QLTC performance management, periodic account meetings, and business reviews with management and senior management.
  • Overseeing negotiations conducted by the buyers in your team.
  • Collaborating closely with the Procurement Technology Officer and Neways Technologies in various processes.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key distributors and/ or manufacturers.
  • Actively supporting customer bid processes with optimal solutions.
