  • Strategische Verantwortung für die Kategorien Site Services & Utilities an mehreren Vinnolit-Standorten in Deutschland, jährliches Einkaufsvolumen ca. 140 Mio. EUR.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Category-Strategien sowie Steuerung eines mehrjährigen Projekt- und Einsparportfolios.
  • Fachexpertise und Beratung für interne Stakeholder (u. a. R&D, SCM, Engineering, Projekte, Instandhaltung, Site Management, EHS, Operations, Legal, Finance).
