Category Manager – Packaging

About the role

As a Category Manager – Packaging, you will lead the global sourcing strategy for the packaging category, driving supplier performance, innovation, and cost competitiveness across Carrier's business. Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you will develop long‑term supplier partnerships, support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, and ensure a resilient, high‑performing supply base that enables business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global sourcing strategy and technology roadmap for the packaging category, aligning supplier capabilities with business objectives.
