Job Overview:

Battery Smart is looking for a leader to build and scale the 3W BaaS growth engine. This role owns how three-wheeler drivers are acquired, activated, and retained on Battery Smart's subscription-based battery solutions — balancing speed of expansion, customer experience, and portfolio quality.

You will design systems that can scale across cities while ensuring disciplined execution through field teams and adding growth to Battery Smart's Battery-as-a-service business unit.

What You Will Do:

Driver Onboarding & Activation Systems

• Own the end-to-end funnel for driver acquisition → onboarding → activation → retention in the 3W segment.
• Build scalable playbooks for driver conversion across zones and cohorts.
