Job Description

At Lindt Iberia, we are looking for a Category Insights Specialist. 


The purpose of this role is to transform data (Circana, NielsenIQ, Kantar, Shopper studies, and internal sales) into actionable insights that drive category growth for both Lindt and our retail partners and to support cross-functional teams with their strategies and tactics.


As a part of your main accountabilities will be:


  • Strategic Insight Generation: Synthesize market, consumer, and shopper data to uncover the why behind the what, delivering insights that provide a competitive advantage for Lindt.

  • Growth Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify white-space opportunities, emerging trends, and untapped category segments (e.g., specific gifting occasions or premiumization gaps) to drive incremental business value.
