Role Purpose The Techno-Commercial Manager/Procurement Contracts Manager is responsible for managing outsourced production activities, subcontractor execution, and commercial agreements from enquiry stage through contract closure. The role ensures that outsourced works are executed in line with technical specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and commercial commitments. The position focuses on techno-commercial evaluation, contract administration, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation Key Responsibilities Contract & Work Order Administration Prepare, review, and administer work orders, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and service contracts. Clearly define scope of work, deliverables, payment terms, commercial conditions, timelines, quality requirements, and responsibilities within contracts.
