What you'll do
Reporting to the AVP, Gardening & Outdoor Tools, the successful candidate will be accountable for delivering sales growth and a robust assortment for Canadian Tire and our Associate Dealers through the development and execution of assortment, pricing & promotional plans and continuous improvement to our operations of the Garden Centre. This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in pushing forward our leadership in Lawn & Garden and provide greater benefit to our customers. This role will appeal to someone that is energized by solving new problems and who is entrepreneurial.
+ Develop a broad categorical understanding of its relative consumer trends, competitive & market analysis and CTR store executional nuances and requirements. Financial accountability for category through adherence to predefined CTR strategy objectives and guidelines
+ Support assortment analysis and product development in Live Plants
