Key Responsibilities

• Lead third‑party contracting, applying best practices in privacy and data protection.
• Employ a risk‑based approach to determine the security and legal requirements for each Third‑Party Vendor relationship and assign resources across Procurement, Corporate Legal, Information Security, Risk and other functions.
