The Catalogue Executive (Analyst) is responsible for managing and optimising the product and menu catalogue with a strong focus on food accuracy, cuisine integrity, and menu logic. This role is ideal for someone who understands food deeply—not just as data, but as cuisine, combinations, and customer consumption behaviour. The individual will ensure that menus are structured in a way that makes culinary sense, drives discoverability, and improves conversion, while maintaining high data accuracy across platforms.
