CASUALTY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a CASUALTY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM MANAGER in the COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII (CNRH) of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. Responsibilities You will examine and analyze casualty cases, e.g. death, missing, or duty status whereabouts unknown of active-duty Department of Navy (DoN) personnel. You will research, interpret, and identify survivor benefits and entitlements for eligible beneficiaries. You will collect, assemble, and analyze case file information and presents findings and recommendations in both oral and written form to all stakeholders. You will maintain and utilize a functional system for collecting and managing status reports and pertinent information related to the progress of each case.
