About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Instructor to join our Multi Activity Centre team on a casual basis. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will deliver high-quality outdoor activity sessions while supporting the day-to-day operation of the centre.


You will lead a range of land- and water-based activities, supervise instructors, and ensure all sessions meet required safety and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality activity sessions to a wide range of clients

  • Lead, supervise, and support Instructors and Lead Instructors

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the activity centre

  • Provide staff briefings, debriefings, and ongoing coaching

  • Support staff training, development, and rostering

  • Maintain and manage activity equipment (e.g. boats, climbing gear)
