• Consistent weekly roster with a minimum of three shifts
• Casual hourly rate of $37.58 - $47.67 (Introductory Educator – Diploma qualified) plus superannuation
• Supportive team and modern, purpose-built OOSH facilities
• Service participating in the Worker Retention Grant program
• Not for profit service, currently accommodating 150 children each afternoon and 50 each morning
