Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care

Hours: Casual as needed, flexibility for days and night shifts

Pay Rate: $55/hr INC

Accommodations and travel are provided.

We are looking for LPNs with flexibility to fill various shifts on a casual basis to help support the operational needs of the home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care to elderly patients with a variety of medical conditions.
• Complete head-to-toe assessments, monitor patients for changes in symptoms and report any abnormalities to the physician.
• Complete vital signs and other routine procedures (bloodwork etc…) on all patients assigned to care, as ordered.
• Provide treatments for wounds.
• Administer medications in accordance to provincial standards and organizational policy.
