The Casual Instructor Assignment and Exam Coordinator is responsible for the efficient
scheduling, administration, and oversight of casual contract hiring and onboarding, as well as coordination of exams
for the JR Shaw School of Business. Reporting to the Academic Strategy and Operations Manager, this role involves working
closely with instructors, chairs, operations admins,
associate deans, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the administration
of casual sections and exams run smoothly and all processes adhere to institutional guidelines. The CEC will also
oversee contract preparation and onboarding for casual hires, ensuring
consistency across the school.
