  • - To provide instruction and to facilitate interactive practical experiences for students in the Early Childhood Administration advanced certificate. 

  • Be flexible and responsive to learner needs using appropriate instructional methodologies in support of a blended learning experience.

  • Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students on the required learning platform (Bright Space).

  • Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community.

  • Manage the classroom to ensure an optimum learning environment.

  • Maintain and up-date curriculum materials.

  • Work co-operatively in an interdependent team environment.
