Cessnock City Council is seeking a Casual Aquatics Customer Service Officer to assist at our Cessnock and Branxton Pools for the 2026/2027 season. You will handle customer interactions, sales, memberships, and Learn to Swim enrolments, while contributing to a safe, welcoming aquatic environment.

The role requires a friendly, customer-focused approach, flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends, and adherence to food handling and water safety practices. Applications close 23 July 2026.
