Casting Manager

Adecco Search is actively recruiting for a Casting Manager in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Our client is a leader in Aluminum Extrusion with multiple plants throughout the United States. We are seeking an experienced Casting Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume aluminum casting facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and operational excellence within the casting department.

The Casting Manager will oversee supervisors, hourly production employees, and support personnel while partnering closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Environmental Health & Safety teams to ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently.
