Introduction: Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Cassandra Database Engineer position. This position is a 6+ month contract opportunity that will be on-site in Austin, TX. -Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite - M, W, Th and 2 days remote - Tu, Fr). Position Summary The Cassandra Database Engineer is an expert across NOSQL database technologies but specifically a specialist on Cassandra database , NOSQL database expertise is mandatory with a primary focus on Cassandra databases, as well as expertise in Public Cloud technology (AWS and/or GCP).For this mission, the engineer will primarily be responsibility for database operational activities.
