Reports to: Shift Supervisor and Branch Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with concerns.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system (cash, card, other methods).
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile drawers at shift start/end.
• Maintain good knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to inform and upsell to customers.
• Ensure correct orders are entered and delivered.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and professional.
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management for smooth operations.
