JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for processing the client's payment to complete the sale transaction. As one of the key persons in the store operations, the Cashier is in charge of providing a luxurious lifestyle experience to clients consistent with the brand image and attend each client with care and professionalism.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process the payment of the client, whether cash or card, to complete the sale transaction in close coordination with the attending Sales Associate.
Ensure the accuracy of the price tag and product description before processing the payment to avoid discrepancies.
Maintain the smooth operations of the Point of Sales (POS) system and liaise with the IT department in case of system failure.
Prepare Cashier Transaction Report (CTR), OR monitoring report, and sales report daily, monthly, or as needed.
Reconcile cash, debit/credit card receipts daily, and communicate all sales and cash control issues with the Boutique Manager or store-in...
