Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
• Handle billing – cash, card, and digital payments
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and cashier counter
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve concerns politely
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Support daily restaurant operations and teamwork

Desired Candidate Profile

• Malayalam language is required
• Basic English communication skills are required
