Key Responsibilities

• Process cash, credit card, digital wallet, and other payment transactions accurately
• Issue receipts, invoices, and transaction records to customers
• Handle cash collections and maintain accurate cash balances
• Operate POS (Point-of-Sale) systems efficiently
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding payments, products, or services
• Ensure accuracy of sales transactions and report discrepancies immediately
