Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers.

• Maintain a neat and organized checkout area.

• Greet all customers and display a warm demeanor.

• Accurately scan or enter product data.

• Accurately account for cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum.

• Ask for the customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction.

Merchandising:

• Ensure proper documentation is completed with respect to customer receipts and return of goods.
