Responsibilities

• Processing customer transactions through a point-of-sale (POS) system with accurate scanning and pricing.
• Accepting payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or digital methods and providing correct change when necessary.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide helpful recommendations as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area; assist with restocking or organizing products as required.
• Provide customers with receipts and process returns or exchanges according to company policies.
