+ Supervise and Mentor Payment Posting Staff
+ Monitor Productivity and Accuracy Metrics
+ Manage staffing schedules and workload distribution

**What You Will Need** **:**

+ Bachelor's degree (relevant experience may be substituted for formal education)
+ Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
+ 2 years of prior supervisor, leadership experience managing conflict and performance management
+ Experience with Healthcare Reconciliation
+ Excellent Communication Skills
