Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Applying payments accurately based on customer remittance advice or bank statements.
  • Recording bank transactions in the general ledger, including Accounts Payable, taxes, and money transfers.
  • Identifying and resolving any unapplied or unidentified cash.
  • Reconciling assigned accounts promptly and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining an organized statement archive.
