Client service & ownershipPartner closely with the Client Service / Middle Office team to understand client needs and trade issues.Provide timely, accurate follow-up and maintain proactive communication to manage expectations.Take end-to-end ownership of exceptions through resolution, ensuring a strong client experience and accountability.Fail / unmatched trade managementMonitor and manage unmatched and failing trades, driving resolution within agreed timelines.Investigate breaks by identifying root causes, recurring patterns and upstream/downstream process gaps.Cross-functional coordinationServe as a liaison across Middle Office, Settlements, Technology and Senior Management to ensure the best outcome for the client, team, and firm.Escalate complex issues appropriately, providing...
