Job Description

The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for interfacing directly with our customers throughout the world, both on the phone and via email. The Specialist will book bank statements on a daily basis; review and process credit/debit memos, and reconcile customer receivable balances.



**General Responsibilities**

+ Downloading payment details and self-billing invoices from customers’ websites
+ Preparing and booking bank statements on a daily basis according to company's deadlines
+ Register and assign customer deduction for verification
+ Offset of Credit and Debit Memos with Charge Backs
+ Work pro-actively with other departments to identify and resolve issues
+ Investigate and resolve customer queries, payment discrepancies
+ Communication with customers in respect of missing documents and information via phone, email, mail
+ Respond to customer inquiries
