Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Cash and Banking Administrator to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in Bristol. For the right person the client is offering:

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • To upload the daily bank statements
  • Monitor the Cash & Banking payments inbox
  • Update the payment register and record all payments processed
  • Monitor bank balances and prepare replenishment payments as and when required
  • Deal with all bank/ payment queries
  • Ensure all postings are completed in a timely manner
  • Prepare & post journals as required
  • Create any new direct debit instructions and maintain
