Social Worker

  • Salary : $3,500 - $4,500
  • Location: Bukit Batok/Sembawang/Buangkok
  • Working hours:Mon to Thursday (8am to 6pm) / (830am -630pm)
  • Friday (8am to 5pm) (830am -530pm)
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work
  • Preferably experience in Social Service Sector or related field
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop individualise care plans for residents
  • Execute the care plan and monitor progress
  • Coordinate care for residents with relevant stakeholder
