The Position

YTA Case Manager

As a YTA Case Manager you will have experience working with youth and families, extensive knowledge of community resources, and an understanding of the Child and Family Services system. By utilizing a client-centered approach, the YTA Worker will assess individual needs of the youth; enhance awareness of community resources; provide life skills training to prepare for independence; teach problem‑solving while assisting to develop healthy relationships and enhancing capacities.

To be considered for this opportunity applicants will have minimally a degree/diploma in the Human Service field, experience working with youth; be aware of trauma informed practices and be reliable and able to work independently.
