The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Background in law or prior experience working in a law firm
- Experience in customer service or client relationship management, ideally with corporate clients
- Bachelor's degree required; law degree preferred
- Qualified Lawyer or Senior Paralegal, ideally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong objection-handling, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
