Qualifications:·

  • Prior experience as a case manager in Assisted Living, Nursing Home or other residential settings preferred.

  • Able to work compassionately with Seniors

  • Good writing skills, able to document case notes

  • Able to develop rapport with residents, families and those involved in the care of the resident

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelors degree-preferred
