About the role:
Reporting directly to the Claims Lead, you will be responsible for efficiently managing your caseload. In collaboration with the Claims Officers, Legal Specialists and other CMI customers and stakeholders, to ensure durable and timely return to work outcomes are achieved.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Proactively handle all aspects of claims management in alignment with legislation and business rules.
