Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager to manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent client communication, and experience working within U.S. legal workflows.Key Responsibilities- Manage personal injury cases from start to finish- Prepare legal documents and demand packages- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, attorneys, and insurance companies- Handle client communication via phone, email, and in person- Process FOIA requests and case documentation- Resolve medical liens and bills with providers- Maintain organized case files in a paperless system- Disburse settlement checks and support attorneys as neededWhat We're Looking For- Experience in case management or similar legal role- Strong written and verbal English communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment- Detail-oriented, rel...
