Join The Neighbourhood Group (TNG) as a Case Manager in the Mobile Shelter Support Program (MSSP). This role offers a unique chance to support adults in shelters and encampments across the Greater Toronto Area.
As a dedicated Case Manager, you will provide direct one-on-one support to clients facing complex issues including health, legal, and housing challenges. Employing a harm reduction and trauma-informed approach, you'll assist participants in identifying and achieving their self-directed goals.
