Claims Specialist – Customer Care (Entry-Level)

In this role, you’ll support travelers whose mobility equipment has been damaged during air travel. Acting as a case manager, you’ll guide each customer through the claims process from start to finish—delivering compassionate, high-touch (“white glove”) service every step of the way.
What You’ll Do

+ Manage customer claims from start to finish, serving as the main point of contact

+ Provide white-glove customer service through regular outbound calls and updates

+ Support customers navigating situations involving damaged mobility equipment
