Job Description
We are a busy California-based personal injury law firm seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Case Manager to join our team remotely.
This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, strong organizational ability, and prior experience handling California personal injury cases.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for clients (phone, email, text)
Maintain regular communication and provide case status updates
Schedule and track medical appointments (chiropractic, PT, specialists, etc.)
Coordinate with medical providers regarding records and billing
Monitor client treatment progress and compliance
Maintain accurate case notes and file documentation
Assist attorneys with case progression from intake through settlement
Help ensure all deadlines and follow-ups are met
Communicate with insurance adjusters when needed
